Coverage Plans for Cars, Trucks and SUVs

A car extended warranty starts when factory powertrain coverage stops, guarding the engine, transmission and drive axles against costly internal failures. An auto repair warranty focuses on parts that give out on older and high-mileage vehicles, such as water pumps, alternators and A/C compressors. An auto protection warranty covers a wider range of components and adds roadside assistance. We explain all three so you can compare them on paper before spending a dollar.

  • Car Extended Warranty

A vehicle service contract that pays for covered mechanical breakdowns after the factory warranty ends, with predictable monthly payments.

  • Auto Repair Warranty

A repair-focused plan that pays toward covered mechanical and electrical failures, so a failed transmission or AC compressor does not land on you all at once.

  • Auto Protection Warranty

Broader coverage for the engine, transmission, A/C, electrical parts and onboard electronics, with help reading the contract before you sign.

What Drivers Get From Our Office

A repair plan proves its worth on the day something breaks. So our attention goes to three things: what the contract pays, what it skips and what paperwork the shop will want from you.

Four decades of experience

Forty years in business has shown us which parts give out, which clauses cause disputes and which plans actually pay on covered repairs. That history shapes the advice you get on every call.

Thirty days to back out

Every plan comes with free cancellation and a full deposit refund during the first 30 days. Bring the paperwork home, have your mechanic look it over, and cancel at no cost if it is wrong for you.

The fine print, up front

Most turned-down claims trace to a few clauses: problems that existed before coverage, wear parts such as brake pads and wiper blades, and missing maintenance records. We walk you through them early so a denial never catches you off guard.

Help documenting a failure

When something breaks, we tell you what to hold onto: oil change receipts, the shop's diagnosis, and photos of the odometer and any warning lights on the dash. Good records move a claim from review to approval.

Office, phone or video

Stop by the office, give us a call, or go over the contract on video. During a video call, the coverage list stays on your screen while we work through it line by line.

Many plans let you keep using the mechanic you already know, as long as the shop meets the contract's repair facility terms. We check that rule with you when we quote.

About Our Office

We are a local office that helps drivers protect themselves from large repair bills. Our work is explaining vehicle service contracts in plain terms, matching a plan to the vehicle and helping you understand what happens when a covered part fails.

We do not act as the adjuster, and we will not tell you a plan covers something it does not. What we will do is read the contract with you, flag the clauses that matter and tell you what a shop needs to see so your repair is reviewed on its merits.

What Sets the Price of a Plan

There is no single price for repair coverage. The administrator prices each contract from the risk that your specific vehicle will need covered repairs during the term. Here is what moves that number.

We give you a written quote by phone after we know your vehicle's year, make, model, mileage and the coverage level you want. You can compare more than one option before deciding.

Mileage and age
A vehicle at 120,000 miles has more wear on its bearings, seals and timing components than one at 40,000. Higher mileage means higher expected repair costs, so the price rises with the odometer.
Make, model and engine
Parts and labor vary widely. A turbocharged engine or a vehicle with a CVT transmission costs more to repair than a simple naturally aspirated four-cylinder, and the contract price reflects that.
Level of coverage
A powertrain-only plan covers fewer parts than an exclusionary plan that covers everything except a short list. More covered components means a higher price.
Deductible per repair visit
A higher deductible lowers the plan cost but means you pay more each time the vehicle goes in for a covered repair. We help you pick a number you could handle on a bad week.
Term length
Longer terms in years and miles cost more overall, though they can lower the cost per month of protection.
How you pay
We offer flexible payment options, including monthly payments, so a family budget can carry the coverage without a large upfront amount.

What Drivers Ask Us Most

Is an extended warranty different from a vehicle service contract?
Most plans bought after factory coverage ends are vehicle service contracts, even though people call them extended warranties. A service contract promises to pay for listed repairs over a set term. What counts is the covered parts list, the exclusions and the deductible, and we review all three with you.
Can an older or high-mileage vehicle be covered?
In many cases, yes. Plenty of plans take vehicles long past the factory warranty, with eligibility and price based on mileage and model. Plans for higher-mileage vehicles tend to center on the powertrain and major parts. Share the mileage and we will tell you what you can get.
What happens if I decide against the plan after buying?
Within the first 30 days you get free cancellation and a full deposit refund. Use that time to read the whole contract and get your mechanic's view. If it does not fit, cancel inside that window for free.
What causes claims to be denied?
Usually a problem that existed before coverage, a part classed as a wear item, damage caused by an uncovered part failing, or no maintenance records. Save receipts for oil changes and fluid services, and have the shop call for authorization before work begins. We cover these points before you sign so you know the limits.
Is roadside assistance part of the plan?
Yes. Our plans include roadside assistance covered under the warranty. It typically handles towing to a repair facility, jump starts, flat tires and lockouts. We check the exact roadside benefits in your contract when we quote.
Is paying monthly an option?
Yes. We offer flexible payment options, and many drivers go with monthly payments to keep costs steady. We show you the total cost and the payment schedule so both are clear.
Can I get help in Spanish?
Yes. We help in English and Spanish, over the phone, on video calls and in our office. Just ask for the language you prefer when you call.

How Getting Covered Works

Most drivers are done in one phone call. If you want time to think, the quote stays the same while you review it.

  1. 1

    Share your vehicle details

We need the year, make, model, current mileage and how you drive it. A daily freeway commute and weekend trailer towing load the transmission and cooling system in different ways.

  2. 2

See the plans next to each other

We present two or three choices showing the covered parts, deductible and term, so you can see what is listed and what is left out.

  3. 3

    Pick how you pay

Choose monthly payments or another setup that suits your budget. We confirm when coverage starts and whether there is a waiting period first.

  4. 4

    Be ready when something breaks

We walk you through filing a claim: bring the vehicle to a repair facility your contract accepts, have the shop contact the administrator before teardown, and keep your maintenance records handy. Call us if anything is unclear.
